Children’s Farms in Action (CFA) is a Denver-based nonprofit that supports food desert communities in creating small-scale urban farms that engage children and youth in growing food for their families and neighborhoods while learning about nutrition, environmental stewardship, and community leadership. The Farm Manager will oversee all agricultural operations across CFA’s school and community growing sites including Academy 360, Monarch Montessori, Struggle of Love Foundation, and the FreshLo Apartments. This includes planning and managing all growing sites, supervising youth interns, creating a welcoming environment for visitors and volunteers, harvesting, packing and delivering produce, and collaborating with community partners.
